El Paraiso – Apartments & Penthouses
El Paraiso is a long-established, very attractive residential neighborhood that was created in the early 1970s around the El Paraiso Golf Course. El Paraiso is separated into three main sub-zones and is located 12 minutes west of Marbella, 7 minutes west of San Pedro, and 8 minutes east of Estepona.
The most northerly and hence elevated zone of the three is Paraiso Alto (‘alto’ means ‘high’ in Spanish). It is distinguished by peaceful tree-lined uphill side alleys that are home to some of the most spectacular private houses in southern Spain.
