El Paraiso – Apartments & Penthouses

El Paraiso is a long-established, very attractive residential neighborhood that was created in the early 1970s around the El Paraiso Golf Course. El Paraiso is separated into three main sub-zones and is located 12 minutes west of Marbella, 7 minutes west of San Pedro, and 8 minutes east of Estepona.
The most northerly and hence elevated zone of the three is Paraiso Alto (‘alto’ means ‘high’ in Spanish). It is distinguished by peaceful tree-lined uphill side alleys that are home to some of the most spectacular private houses in southern Spain. There are also smart, elegant complexes of luxury townhouses, penthouses, and apartments. Almost all of the properties in Paraiso Alto have one feature: spectacular sea, golf, mountain, and/or rural views.
This zone is closer to the golf course and, while not as geographically elevated as Paraiso Alto, it may still provide some spectacular golf and sea views. Has beautiful streets lined with exquisite private houses as well as contemporary townhouse and apartment projects.
This zone is extremely sought-after due to its proximity to the sea and is home to many private villas, townhouses, penthouses, and flats – as well as those highly valued beachfront residences.
The primary enduring appeal of the entire El Paraiso area amongst more discerning property buyers is not only that it’s an attractively laid-out and immaculately kept area, but it’s also blessed with a gentle peaceful aura that’s difficult to find in other, possibly more developed areas of the Costa del Sol.
